God's Plan, Not Me

When World War II, a marine apart from his corps and alone in the wilderness. Then, he saw a cave and hide in it – in the hope will not be discovered by the enemy’s army. And while he prayed for God’s help, a spider fell and began weaving the nets at the mouth of the cave.

Although frightened, but in his heart this marine laugh. “All I need is a stone wall to hide me, Lord. Not a… spider.” And while the spider webs to multi-layered, the sound of enemy’s marching armies approaching toward him.

When the enemy’s army arrived in front of the cave where the marines were hiding, they pay attention to those spider’s web, and said, “We do not need to check here, it is impossible that any one can enter without damaging the web of this spider.”

With His unique way, the marines have been saved. Initially these marines could only laugh at the spider, but now he is conscious. For God, a spider’s web can become stronger than stone walls. Likewise our lives in His hands. Often we are not aware that it is precisely God’s help comes in the form that we can’t guess.

Have faith!
